pumpkin banana pudding pie

happy thanksgiving!

here is a recipe my very dear friend doris shared with me:

2 small pumpkins
6 bananas
2 table spoons of butter
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp ginger
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
graham cracker crust

bake pumpkins on 350 for 20 minutes, take bananas with skins on and set on same sheet put all back in for 10 minutes. set aside to cool. scoop out pumpkins, bananas out of their peel, and combine rest of ingredients in a mixer. pour into pie crust. bake for 35 minutes!
